The 13th Conference on Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis (CCTA 13) is the successive one in the cycle organized by the Polish Society of Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis (PTKAT) devoted to application of various thermal analysis methods in numerous fields of science and technology. The first CCTA conference was held in Zakopane in 1973. Since that time Zakopane has become a place of meeting and discussion of a great number of thermal analysis theorists and practitioners from Poland and other countries from all over the world. The conference members were among others, the scientists from France, Italy, Sweden, Hungary, Ukraine, Japan and USA. Therefore English has become the conference language. Following the many years tradition we are inviting you to participate in the 13th CCTA which will be held in Zakopane at the hotel Hyrny on 2-6 September, 2018.
The thermal analysis crossed over the boundary of traditional chemical fields a long time ago. Its application has been continuously extending in numerous natural, engineering, medical or agricultural areas. Keeping that in mind we hope that both science and industry specialists, whose interests are focused on thermodynamics and chemical kinetics, processes of adsorption, inorganic and coordination chemistry, polymer chemistry, material chemistry, power and fuel production, industrial biotechnology, pharmacology and medical chemistry, geochemistry, ecology and environmental protection, cosmetology and food chemistry will participate in this conference. We invite all of you who apply thermal analysis methods in their work as well as those are planning to develop their research based on them. The conference will give you the opportunity to exchange the experience and ideas with the world famous scientists.
The organizing committee reserves the right to accept contributions and qualify them into the oral or poster sessions. Authors should give their preferences.
The official languages of the conference are English and Polish.
